Why Recycle Invisalign Aligners?
Each Invisalign patient typically goes through dozens of clear aligners during treatment. While they’re small in size, they’re made of medical-grade plastic that, if tossed into regular waste streams, can contribute to landfill buildup.
Until recently, aligners weren’t easily recyclable. But thanks to Invisalign’s new recycling initiative, patients at participating practices like Koh Orthodontics can now return their clean, used aligners to be responsibly processed.
How the Program Works
Participation is simple and open to current and former Invisalign patients at Koh Orthodontics:
- ✨ Clean your used aligners
- 🗂️ Bring them with you to your next appointment
- ♻️ Drop them into our collection container
- Only for Invisalign aligners and Vivera retainers
That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest by ensuring they’re sent to Invisalign’s official recycling partner.
